Leblanc Was turned into a short range, wave clear mage. Basically every mage does that better and at a longer distance. At least you kept her chains latched distance, though! Wow, cool, wow!

And yet she still has the damage to kill someone, her power just moved from early game to mid-late game and W is a positioning tool. E + RQ + Q is usually enough to kill, if not clean up. She's what Ahri should have been, lower damage in exchange for mobility.
