Miss Fortune desperately needs some help
I mean a few other AD carries do too but at least Ashe/Varus/Draven etc. have clearly defined strengths that outweigh their immobility. She doesn't even need any huge changes to be a decent champ again; most of all I'd like to see her passive decay when damaged rather than instantly go away so that she at least has some kiting potential at the beginning of the fight.
There are some other things I could see helping her out (particularly making her ult work like Lucian's, perhaps with some other balance changes so that it's not broken) but she's fine in the damage department. It's largely just usability that's the issue. The AD magic damage and AP physical damage is pretty awkward but at least it doesn't make her mechanically clunky to play the same way her passive works. Her Q turning into an auto reset would also be a decent change.
Really though I'm just so sad it's been years since I've seen her played competitively and it would be so easy to give her some minor QoL buffs to make her viable again. I wouldn't even mind her getting some compensation nerfs if her passive and abilities didn't feel so awkward to use.
TL;DR possible MF fixes: decaying passive rather than instant -70 ms which just feels weird auto reset for Q (this one isn't that bad honestly, but I wouldn't really mind it) no mana cost on W (trist q, kog w, etc. have all had their mana costs taken away on their steroids while this considerably weaker steroid still has one) a change with the awkward scaling on Impure Shots stacks and ult damage (i love triforce mf but realistically it's trash so you never get AP on her aside from baron) E being easier to use; shorter animation or perhaps none? it's her only real defensive ability and the fact that it holds her in place for about .25s leaves her passive easy to pop Bullet time either working like Vel'koz's ult or Lucian's. Having a core part of an ad carry's kit involve them being completely stationary just doesn't sit right with me. If this were changed I hate to say it but I'd completely understand a compensation nerf
Again, I can't stress enough how much I understand compensation nerfs would be needed if any (or all? I can dream) of these were implemented. I just want her to feel not so outdated.
Discuss my redundancy and the fact that the TL;DR is nearly as long as the preceding paragraphs. Oh and discuss MF :^)
