Phantom Dancer. Every standard AD carry (not blue ez or triforce users) gets shiv over phantom dancer 99% of the time and this has been going on for about 2 seasons now.

First big reason is the cost (300g cheaper and avarice makes it even cheaper than that depending on how long you sit on it) and much faster powerspike, other reason is that it's really just better until super super late game (I can't even argue that PD is much better than shiv late game either).

Either make PD an avarice blade upgrade or change the cost and/or stats to make it a more viable alternative to statikk shiv as a second (or whatever) item.

it'd be cool if PD had like a ghost active on it if it is actually not being built anymore which im pretty sure is BS.. it'd be a buff to Ashe at least... and then it'd turn lucian and vayne into even bigger problems than they already are >.>

PD gives you more attack speed and reliability with crits. PD was bought 26000 times this week, Shiv was bought 14000 times. Nice facts bucko.

I remember that before the ADC item rework around June, PD was actually picket a lot. But maybe I don't remember correctly?

adc main here. i only get shiv on burst champs like graves. PD is just flat out better for sustained damage. Plus no unit colision is a much bigger buff than people think.
