Dude, I play him mid lane, if I don't pick something else that's better, I mostly pick him top lane or as support. He is of right now, like casseiopea
Hopefully not.
He fell out of FotM status after some minor nerfs to DFT and the addition of Zed's Dagger 
He's pretty fun still. I'd pick him if I was midlane and 
were banned.
