I'm beginning to have one large question arise... Why is Teemo being used in every single position?
I've seen Teemo Top.. ADC.. Sup.. JG.. Mid.. Like.. half of those positions Teemo's don't even play that well.
So why is it?
Me and my friends have tried rengar adc and support. It worked sometimes hahaha
He's universal. As top, he can harass the tanks.
As jungle, he ganks decently and has great damage once you finish his first item.
Mid isn't recommended since most champions there are burst mages, but against 
and 
, he does alright.
ADC, well... I wouldn't recommend AD Teemo, but before Season 6, I got to level 5 as him playing him APC. Worked quite well, but not anymore (The secret is because BF sword were that expensive AF 1550 gold before while NLR was 1250).
And support is easy. Get spellthief's, blind the adc, poke whoever your adc focus and you should be golden or dead. And shrooms are great to keep your lane off ganks for you AND your carry.
He's a jack of all trades with little potential to carry, which is why most ranked games don't take him.
Because he can be played in any position?
He almost always wins lane no matter where he is except for mid, so people take him there thinking hes strong because of it.
Then he does nothing lategame unless him and his team specifically play around objective minefields.
But most people picking a champ cause it wins lane easily don't do that.
Well partially because he's not very good in any position unless as a counter pick
and also because trolls he is THE troll champ, so you just see what you can make happen
Tankmo. AD Teemo. AP Teemo. Attack speed Teemo. Control Teemo. Debuff Teemo.
All hail Teemo.
But Riven > Teemo XD
It's largely his blind though. I think it's the only one left in the game, for good reason.
