It should deal physical damage and slow all enemies hit imo. I say this because Xin Zhao's kit is currently outdated in that he is one of the few remaining champions that can only go in and not get back out.
XxRonaldoxX71 votesNOOOOO, that will completely ruin AP xins viability. Leave the magic dmg on it, and make it into a skillshot. more AD damage on xin will make him broken af. He is already one of the strongest jungle duelists in the game with trundle,udyr, and lee.
Coffin Princess1 votesI wouldn't say Xin's kit is outdated. Its just a little simplistic, but you can say that about a lot of champions, though there is some depth and skillcap available to good Xin players in how they utilize his Ultimate especially.
Giving him a skill-shot Dash would break him. The ability to dash in and out of combat and over walls is a gigantic leap in power that would then have to be taken away from his DPS to try compensate.
Personally I think Xin is in a good spot currently. Hes not a super meta pick, but hes good enough at what he does and has a variety of build paths/options.
