PSA: Morgana's black shield negates Frozen Heart aura

Not sure if this is intended, but I just tested it with a friend and it does, also fairly certain it will negate Randuin's on hit passive as well.

It's intended. IIRC, Riot changed attack speed slows to function similarly to movement speed slows back in patch ~3.14. This means that abilities which allow the bearer to ignore CC (such as Olaf's Ragnarok and Morgana's Black Shield) cannot be affected by movement speed slows either.

This has also lead to a couple other effects:

Master Yi is immune to attack speed slows during Highlander
Liandry's Torment has it's burn damage doubled by attack speed slows (which can make it work well with Frozen Heart).
