i do not think jax is really riven/vayne broken lvl this patch, but he's good. and his early game is way too good for the late game he has.

Not all that good, it is decent, like he has the tools to actually do things unlike say Kayle, but it isn't that strong.

Jax early game is bad unless he counters the champ you picked. His q is his only engage and escape and has a long cd early game as does his e. He is also very weak to early ganks. If they revert the nerfs to his q then we can talk about increasing the cd of it early game but that’s it.
