just watched a game uol vs msf..and they did cloud dragon at 46 min:|..wtf..did they changed it?? can someone enlighten me?

because no one bothered to kill said cloud drake before 46 min... a new dragon wont spawn until the last one is killed..

If no one killed it earlier, it'll still be there, and since wind is kinda meh, both teams left it for later
