Riot where can I sign up for the champion balance team, item team or the Queue system team?

I think I could provide some of the fixes the game needs but not what the players don't think they deserve.

Players don't get the fixes they want when the want them most likely for a few reason: 1- The problem is more complex than it looks, and will take a more clever fix than a mere nerf to make the champion healthy without making them useless 2- They are working on it, wait for the next patch ya whiners 3- We are wrong. X champion isn't broken, just annoying and that takes a more complex fix. 4- X champion is only stomping low elo, which requires a complex nerf/buff combination to sort them out 5- They goofed up. Don't be surprised, everyone does it. Design is an iterative process, and for every amazing game that exists, there were also countless sucky alpha and beta versions where the game wasn't right yet. League keeps getting new content, and while you can get better at not getting things wrong as often you will still have to iterate over and over as you get feedback from the entire fanbase.

and also let's not forget, just because one fan out of the entire fan base sometimes comes up with a good solution to a problem (though these solutions tend not to be as clever as we think) that doesn't make Riot's balance team stupid. It was just likely that out of a few million people someone would guess the right answer to the problem before Riot's balance team.

Reason why I said the fixes that are needed but one the ones that players don't think are deserved.

I do not deny some problems are complex but others it just seems so easy like reverting the marksmen itemization at least part way so they are not showing up often in 3 lanes, making death timers what they were last season and slowing down passive gold income. It is like they are not allowing their past results be them good or bad matter. And yes I will say the game was best in season 2 and season 4.

Another part of the issue is a lack of understanding their intended goals and why they are doing somethings. This is a big part of why it is frustrating seeing changes like the ones that made snowballing easier this season.
