i havent seen a single syndra that lost lane or even fall behind. Nor have i seen a single syndra press more than 2 buttons to oneshot me pre maw. so yeah. Victor all the way

Viktor has only 1 long ranged ability and he was hit by many nerfs after his rework. I can't see why would anyone complain anymore. If you don't wanna die, just get MR. Ahri Leblanc - annoying and strong for years, but people rarely complain about them. Ziggs Xerath - strong for some time, then the meta changes or they get nerfed = forgotten. Their damage output isn't that great even if you they land some skillshots.

Xerath is good, Ziggs isn't because his mana costs are crazy. you literally need to get tear/roa because no longer can you regen or get mana pots.

btw his ult doesn't "permaslow". it doesn't even have a slow period, unless he has rylais.

nor does his e do 1600 dmg unless he's flat out retarded fed, and you stand in the aftershock.

yeah hes pretty strong. but i'd rake viktor over anivia or cassio any day. he has less range. hes way more bursty but less range

lmao i dont get why they nerfed his E and buffed his Q. his Q does do like 1500 damage with lichbane now which is ridiculous lol

Cause it's a risk reward skill unike E. Before the rework he just sitted there spamming E all day,

Landing a Q mean going into aa range .... and very few mage can't stun root hold silence etc... from that distance. He have no gap and a relatively easy to avoid stun in 1 vs 1
