That has a problem that either the effect is almost useless/weak feeling (projectiles don't slow much) or basically a windwall for how good it is (projectiles slowed enough that anyone can dodge them). The problem is since it doesn't destroy the projectiles it would need to be stronger than a straight up windwall, making it paradoxically worse than having your projectiles just destroyed to begin with.

weird but interesting idea. could create some hilarious effects, like someone seing a veigar ult coming at him in slow motion before it inevitably kills him. though it would still buy the person a second or two to take someone down or save an ally.
