Infected cyst is better in my opinion. Those never go away, sure you can treat it when it pops up but without something drastic it will just keep coming back to cause pain. Sure you may not notice it for a while, but you know it'll happen eventually. That's basically how Riven will be with her kit.

By themselves they aren't all that terrible, but when you put all of this garbage together into one kit it becomes the perfect storm of insufferable toxicity. Riven spellweaves every single auto attack. Lucian, Ezreal, and Darius do it once every 6 seconds.

This data includes low elo, but ghostblade has a higher win % on Riven while being built a similar amount overall, the difference being Ghostblade is considered a core item on her, while BC is more of a niche 'because I'm ahead' item.
BC is 'okay' on her, but the nature of the stacking armour shred doesn't help her do her real job; killing squishies.

Not true. You can build many tops more damagy or more tanky. ADC is the most build-limited role of the game. Riven is just the same shit over and over.

If Riven's can't survive teamfights it's because of two things...
They built STRAIGHT damage, and can't complain because they're asking to be blown up.
They build tanky and are bursted down by EVERYTHING the enemy team has, and can't complain because despite this they played enough of a factor in the teamfight to allow their team to win regardless now.
As for "ACTUALLY toxic champions," I can only agree with Fizz and Leblanc. Teemo and Katarina are beyond easy to beat unless you're one of those players who ignore them while they do whatever. Fizz and Leblanc on the other hand....

not much CDR? just in items you have 25%. Now MOST riven players have at LEAST 5% in Masteries (no reason to do attack speed on her), and most run between 5% and 10% in runes. Making 40%. Lets say your personal runes have zero CDR....you could still grab a late game blue buff and be at 40%. It is EXTREMELY easy to reach 40 on her.
