toss up between udyr and tryndamere.

For me it's either udyr or rek'sai If i build damage i die instantly and am useless If i build tank i die slightly less instantly and do no damage If i build a mix of the two i still don't do much damage and die quickly It could be because i don't play udyr and don't own rek but typically champions with 0 poke tend to be bad ones for me to use on the bridge/abyss

Bard? Evelynn depending on team comp.

Trynd, try tank build, it's actually not bad. item 3401 item 3068 item 3143 item 3093 Kill as many minions as possible and spam Q's for self heal. W/E every time they turn away. R to kill towers or tank tower shots for the team. I mean it's no Lux, but it's not that bad.

Yeah if I had to pick one champ that was least useful I would probably pick Bard because ARAM is a single lane map and he is only designed to be in lane half the time.

actually, he's designed to make sudden saves and plays and that's his problem, post level 6 his only use is for escapes or to catch the enemy team/a wounded teammate with his ult

Yep, his design for across the map saves and quick travel don't work in a single lane map too well. So nearly his entire usefulness in this game mode comes down to that single ability. He's designed to roam half the time and there's nowhere to go in ARAM. So your best option is probably get 40% cdr asap and make a ton of 2 person stuns because those health packs don't exactly do much especially with ARAM's anti-sustain debuff and you want that ult up as much as possible.

I think it almost always depends on team comp and what you can contribute to that comp. If you're Darius with a bunch of tanks and a marksman, you should be playing mid line and be a barrier to your marksman. Build fairly tanky with damage and peel for them while helping to kill anyone who gets close. If you're Darius with a bunch of squishies you want to protect them by being really tanky and being able to distract others from focusing them while forgoing most of if not all of your damage. If you're soaking up a ton of damage for the squishies to succeed then you are doing your job and are being effective.

It also comes down to what team you are against. Tryndamere could be amazing against a comp with minimal crowd control. About 20% of ARAM victories can come solely down to team comp so it is incredibly hard to say which champion is least useful. Got Katarina against an Alistar, Ashe, Xerath, Leona, and Sona? Sorry but you'll have to be next level against them. Got Katarina against Mordekaiser, Zyra, Kha'Zix, Varus, and Soraka? Then ult away!

Skarner?

Yeah ran out of room for him. His ult can be useful in ARAM though.

With mark/dash reksai is really good as you can burrow and then mark and get a nice 3-4 man knock up pretty easy.

Udyr Hands down.

Nasus

like.. who teh fk are you without your stax?

3TWarrior1 votes

he works well in AD champ compositions because his E can drop armor by 40

ap nasus hits really hard, but yeah, riot needs to update a lot of things

3TWarrior1 votes

probably singed or Evelynn, maybe elise....they thrive on isolated targets, well, there is nowhere to be isolated in aram

pretty much any champion that has to get close and is unlikely to do any damage
