If u would revert the active so that it actually pierces through units, players would actually start to build it again. it feels really horrible to not being able to pierce through anymore just like old Glp did. Imo the rework was a total failure, i do not even understand why you reworked it in the first part, because there were champions out that buildet this item??? But yeah, make the active go through units again, and players might build it, otherwise no one will.
