Would adding a buff to minons fix turrets

Wonder if: giving a buff to minions that would buff turrets and champions under turret when they are within a range.

concept: Your minions are now under your tower because you have been pushed. you are going to get dived and most likely die. Not only losing that wave that was pushed to your tower, but also the next wave or 2 that will be at your tower shortly. Making it so if you have friendly minions under your own tower it buffs you with some added Defense.

Never mind: turrets are garbage and this is getting really old on how the game is getting balanced. i find myself leaning less and less to this addiction. thanks Riot. Guess i am going outside more.

The idea itself is sound, but what would happen is that turtling champions like Vayne Gangplank would become super meta and the game would slow down conciderbly.

Depending on just how strong the buff is, we could go to a farm for 20 min under tower meta with champions like Cassiopeia Gangplank Fiora Shyvana where the game then goes into 40 min stall fests were people hit eachother with sacks of gold.

Vayne is already meta.

and i am just thrown this on the board to see if they could fix this game a bit. i dont even know why i am responding, except i understand the frustration of being ignored.

i am just moving on. or at least trying to. a friend just found league and now wants to play it. i can only say No so much before i feel bad.
