Suggestion to change Zeke's Herald: Active grants a temporary AD/LS buff to nearby teammates

Zeke's Herald is one of those oddball items you almost never see because of its god-awful stats. Doesn't give very good health, that 20% CDR is better available on other items, and no support Champion wants lifesteal. Plus the stats it DOES give to your teammates don't make it worth its slot investment.

Sadly, Riot hates auras, so it won't get buffed in its current form. That means if we want it to be a better item, it needs to be remade. I feel we should replace its aura with a much more rewarding, active effect.

NOTE! - All numbers are theoretical.

Active - Warcry: Grants all nearby allied Champions +20 attack damage and 20% lifesteal for 5 seconds. 90 second cooldown.

Something as simple as that, and you've got a really strong booster for your team when the fight breaks out, without it being "power without gameplay".
