Can triumph be nerfed with PTA next patch please?

Really disappointed in not seeing this on Riot's patch notes for 7.23.

It's so hard to comeback now once someone's fed. Before, a Zed would need to be 5-0 to truly be too strong to stop and snowball insanely. Now he can be 1-0, get a duskblade on his second back, and end the game.

Yi with fervor was already disgusting. Now with PTA, it's basically impossible to stop a fed Yi due to triumph and the lifesteal bonuses.

12% increase from all sources of damage.

Want an alternative? 12% increase of damage from all of your allies.

PtA is worse than Fervor. Look at the numbers if you'd like.
