You'd think with how easily Valve and Blizzard got Voodoo-users into their MOBAs, Riot would've made one by now. Yes, there was that Tabu guy, but he got axed in favor of Swain over 5 years ago.
So why don't we have a spooky Voodoo user in League? Worried about offending certain audiences?

How is that really any different from Lulu's polymorph?
If you are talking about reducing their hitbox and thus all ranges and abilities, that would be so fucking broken not even CertainlyT would do it.

Then just give them Voodoo skins?
Voodoo really isn't a concept thats fit for an entire champion. The only thing I could see is Puppet-master and even then thats covered in a lot of ways by Yorick.
