Right now she relies heavily on either speed farming the free 300 HP or using Fervor to compensate her lack of devourer and AD scalings. Will she get anything item/masterywise to compensate these losses?

I'm sure they'll buff her if she doesn't turn out during the preseason, especially since they're giving her specific attention.
Heals on every smite help her too; don't forget that.
Forhonor3211 votesNew keystone won't work with her though. The shield only procs on heavy CC, something that Shyv unfortunately lacks. That said though, she's gettinf looked at for future buffs in upcoming patches soon.

I'm willing to bet the upcoming changes will make that a little more reliable.
If not, Grasp/Fervor will likely be your answer.
Forhonor3211 votesYes I'm aware that her ult displaces but as of now it's not that reliable since most of the time you just can fly right over people without doing anything to them. But as you said the upcoming changes may address this issue.
Fervor is most likely going to be my best bet as to what's going to be strong for her. Grasp is possibly tied for that though. We'll just have to wait for the season to role around and test it out (in the stupid ass jungle system Riot's trying to push on us -_- )
