@Riot, any Quinn changes coming up?

TL;DR: Reduce the speed of her dash, Gut the cooldown, and/or remove the slow

First, I'd like to start off with this is not a rage post, but a simple suggestion.

I don't know if Riot is planning on changing Quinn, in any way. But I'm here to make a suggestion, nothing more nothing less.

• Slow the speed of her E dash by 300-400. (Much like the LeBlanc nerf awhile back) -It will allow more counterplay, for both stopping it and reacting
• Remove the slow from her E dash, or suppress it heavily -I feel like there's quite literally no need from it. -Her ult gives her enough ganking potential -The E creates, and closes enough distance while applying a displacement. There's just really no need for the slow on top of it all.
• Even a simple cooldown increase. Like a big cooldown increase.

Thank you for taking the time for reading. And again, before you go and thumbs down it, it's not a complaining post. I, among other, simply feel that Quinn is a bit strong atm, and I am simply making a suggestion, that hopefully a rioter will come along and see.
