Just a thought, why don't you make it so champions with a Tier 3 support item can place two pinks?

Now, you maybe thinking, "Well, everybody will just buy support items then."

Ahhhhhh, but here's the idea. You know the extra gold you get from building ?

(by extra gold, I mean both the extra 2 Gold per 10 seconds from as well as the Gold from poking with Frost Queen, executing with Relic, and getting passive gold from minions)

We tie the ability to place two pinks to the amount of Gold earned from the items. So at perhaps 300-400 gold earned from the item, the player can place two pinks.

Another Idea is making Pinks Cheaper for supports through the same idea I posted above. This will make them easier to store gold for items.
