It will likely be very good on some champs, while a moderately viable opions on a number of others.

I see midlane and supports considering it most. Midlaners who can afford a slightly worse early game can opt into a laning summoner then swap to teleport and splitpush. Supports might swap ignite's early kill pressure for exhaust after laning phase.

Good idea. I def like ignite for the pressure on some matchups, but really like having exhaust more for late game fights when I need to peel harder.

Good idea. I def like ignite for the pressure on some matchups, but really like having exhaust more for late game fights when I need to peel harder.

I remember running double exhaust for that kill potential, back when it also slowed AS and shredded resists... chaining those together was insane, the slow made it basically impossible to get away.

I remember when people never complained about having Lux bot lane. Or pantheon...tbh, there wasn't anything you could play bot lane that would make people tilt, because everything was acceptable in every lane. I miss season 1. ;_;.

Every current keystone we have outclasses that shit keystone by 5x atleast

Well the difference between TP and Ignite for example is pretty big. Ignite is insane early, and TP is insane late.

I'm not sure how strong the new keystones will be though, they're getting reworked too aren't they?

What makes you think tp isnt good early game. TP literaly makes sure you dont lose lane after you go 0,1 in toplane for example

It doesn't give the same kill pressure as ignite does, and it's not uncommon for someone running ignite to use it to force a teleport from the other player.
