im talking about the people that have their champ banned then troll pick or the people that flat out troll in games, the people that rage quit, the international inters or is that option just in the game to make people feel like trolls get banned ?
over 8 years of playing and iv never seen a person i reported for trolling even when 9 people report them.....in ranked even more so it should just be a flat out perma bann

no but if my power goes out and i cant re-connect to the game i get a 2 week ban.
I actually had this happen once
Smb got filled to support, picked 
and started running down bot/mid.
Everybody reported him for inting, and I got a notification that somebody was banned, given I didn't report anyone else around this time, very high likely this was banned for inting
Not that I know of; I did get feedback of trolly guy of that description getting punished, but no idea what kind of punishment was dealt.
