Jarven 4 Auto attack visual/ lag bug (Requires quick review please!!!!, GameBreaking)

[Gameplay] Jarven VI AUTO ATTACK VISUAL BUG (KINDA ANNOYING AND GAME BREAKING!!)

(ping was normal)This bug seems to affect jarven when he is attacking minions, monsters, champs but not turrets (as far as i could tell), even when moving and attacking it still buged and kinda lagged me out, not sure if its the skin etc. could only record a little due to it being a ranked. when using moves it lagged me out when i finished jumping to a flag. died a few times to camps due to not being able to move. just overall annoying and a pain. was not just me who could see it, every one in the game could.
