So how does the 350 worlds token Halloween border work?

does it work only with Halloween skins ? or does it apply to all skins ? or is it like smite where u can choose custom borders ? or is it only available during the event? information riot please !!!!

you have explained how champion ship skins / borders work, but the Halloween one is surely special ? my bets is it works with any Halloween skin

I would assume it works with Halloween skins only, to date, their borders have only worked in tandem with related skins. That said, these are different in that the only way to activate them is to own the border and equip the related icon, instead of them being "always on."

I wish they did borders like smite but I think its for the only the new halloween skins but I hope not.
