Katarina's passive should only refund 50% of it's cooldown for Shunpo

It's only fair.

Zed is getting nerfed for his safety, Leblanc is being considered.

Unlike Katarina they also can't feed in lane, rock up to a teamfight with just a Haunting Guise and Sorcerer Shoes and proceed to pick up a quadra kill at 20 minutes because of stupid base damages.

Why does Yi only get half the cooldown for his escape yet Katarina gets 100%? Kha zix's escape is not instant like Shunpo and can be interrupted so he should keep his.

Considering Kat actually has to KILL (or damage within 3 seconds of death) her target to get her escape, I'd say it's pretty fair. Also, Yi and Kha'zix have nothing to do with Kat, they should not be compared. Kha and Yi are AD (usually) junglers who are (usually) played like assassins, Kat is an AP solo laner.
