Am I the only one who feels like Leblanc is a little too opressive right now?

Sure her burst windows are longer but who needs quick burst when you can take more than half of someone health just by landing your E.

The range on the tether is WAY too long and the E deals damage twice AND procs the passive+thunderlord. Isn't that a little too rewarding for hitting one skill?

well, she got hotfixed and is at 49% now. She feels oppressive because she is an early-mid game champion and she always was.
