Most crap pick at worlds?

Which champion that was continuously picked in Worlds do you think is the most "shitpick" and why?

For me it is Olaf. He is said early jungler, but not in soloQ not in pro-play I haven't seen im to do anything else that just powerfarm and maybe solo dragon (which backfires everytime he is spotted due to how low he gets during doing it). Besides really fast clear, he can't fight most junglers early. And he has no cc besides slow and no mobility besides speed increase so even if he finds enemy jungler and gets favorable fight he is almost always unable to finish/catch them after they disengage with dash/jump/flash. He doesn't have that much damage either and he tends to lose when counterganked, he is also unable to threathen or capitalize on greedy laners who stays in lane with low hitpoints after winning 1vs1 or forcing enemy to recall (unless that laner has no mobility either). And in late he falls off even harder than Xin Zhao.
