lee sin has alway's been a problem, j4 has recently become a problem same with vi. When i said vi was op everyone just put me off saying that her counter play was her just going in and doing what she needed to do then kill her. its like 4 step forwards..20 steps back with riot these days. also nid jungle is fucking disgusting

Say a champion has mobility, burst, utility, and range on release. Due to riots design philosophy, which is toxic and enforces the meta riot choose, riot would choose whats most flashy, give it love taps, or gut it and compensate by giving them substantial buffs to the rest of their kit.
It basically keeps whats OP over powered and keeps whats UP under powered. Its the literal definition of balance, but not on the scale a game like this needs.
