where are all the shacos who win in ranked?
because all i get are the ones who get fed early game
get super cocky
feed shutdown gold to the enemy team
then end up useless because he falls off late game
defeat screen

Shaco doesnt fall off late game. Thats when he's strongest
He's more of a high rank problem now than a low one because of the skill curve and mind games as well as the late game split pushing you can do. He's not really a problem until you get to high plat/low level. Under that he's a joke (pun intended) and not worth the ban.
in enemy team
All I get on my team are the ones still trying to make AD shaco still work (and failing), but the enemy team gets the ones who build ap and have boxes that absolutely chunk my whole team down and two shiv poison that just destroys us. :(.

If your Shaco 'falls off', he's building wrong.
