Is Camille a Renekton rework that never happened?

They are almost the same champions except Camille is the better version of Renekton in every aspect.

Similar E, except Camille E is longer range and has a stun attached to it.

Her W is a better version of Renekton Q (more heal and comes with a slow)

Renekton doesn't have a passive , his passive is actually a description that he has to wait for his rage bar to fill up before his skills have the powers of Camille's skills.

Their ultis are different, but if Renekton was ever to get a rework I'm sure he'd lose that stupid, boring ulti and would get something like Camille gets.

Camille snowballs and 1v1's way better than Renekton, works better with ganks, resets tower aggro with R and actually has a passive that makes trading with her impossible to achieve unless you're playing another S5+ rework / champ.

Camille also doesn't have ridiculous cooldowns Renekton has.

So tell me guys, why would anyone pick Renekton over Camille, what's the benefit of having a trash "Z" tier champ instead of a fancy new Camille?
