Riot doesn't want anyone to know their server is broken

Previous discussion about failing to log into PVP.net got deleted, so let me ask...

How the bloody hell am I supposed to get help when non of Riot's 'help' page made the slightest difference? Am I not even allowed to ask the community for help now?

It's not even like I'm stopping people seeing other awesome content as 90% of it is just people moaning about x, y, z champion being either OP/nerfed and how Riot can't balance properly (disagree).

So yeah, does anyone on EUW have this problem or dose Riot just not like me?

Working fine after about 2 hours of trying.

I don't know if I speak for others here, but the thing that annoys me most is not that I can't log in, it's that the servers say they're up and running fine.

If the whole server was down, you know I'd be ok with that, thinks happen, and I could just check the website too see when it was back up.

The MOST frustrating thing, is the servers being fine and STILL not being able to log in, with nothing you can do about it (non of the fixes did anything) and you're just left waiting, wondering what to do and whether it's the servers or your PC.
