Shouldn't tanks be more focused on durability and sustain and less on damage?
We already have
Sunfire Cape that I think works fine when farming along side with titanic hydra so I think tanks should probably be focused a bit more on sustain and durability and less on damage
For instance instead Deadman's Plate to do damage it would instead grands health scaling shield for short time and slows the enemy even further. Maybe this should work only against champions since its probably the original intent
Tanks lack conditional sustain otherwise nice durability. An item that I suggest is while the tank deals damage it recovers health and is increased further when the tank deals damage to enemy champions which will rewards for stacking health allowing the those units to stay on the battlefield for much longer
Deadman's Plate
425 health, 60 armor
Unique: while moving you gain momentum stacks and up to 60 bonus movement speed.
Next basic attack against an enemy champion consumes those stacks. At 100 stacks will slows the target down by 70% that decays over 1 sec and **grands shield equals to 15% your bonus health for 5 sec **(works only against enemy champions). Ranged champions slow the target by 20% instead (or it does not slow at all)
**Undying Resistance 2300 ** =
+
or
+
300 health, 30 armor, 30 resistance, 10% cooldown reduction
**or ** 300 health, 30 armor, 30 resistance, 100% base health regen
unique: each second while dealing damage you restore 2% bonus health and
restore additional 2% missing health each second while damaging enemy champions
