Suggestion about Warlord Bloodlust

Restores 1% of the damage done as health per 6% of your champion's missing health up to 15% of the damage done This include basic attacks, abilities, magic, physical and maybe true damage. Maybe items too like Sunfire Cape?

So the idea is everyone to be able to benefit from this ability. For instance isn't Swain this kind of champion that needs something like that? If he Drain Tank or something like that is there not suppose to be such option for him?

When Riot said that they gonna change Warlord bloodlust i thought they gonna add something cool to it. Instead they just modified the numbers to make it more "niche" or whatever
