Velzard of Koz5 votesI was focused on just pointing out that allogical thing in OP. Speaking of how it actually was, you remember well, it was one improvement used by everyone. I don't remember which one though. I think it was Homeguard, it was then made feature of each champion and so Alacrity became used by everyone.

That was just a sign that ppl didn't like to put a lot of thought into which boots to pick. Furor was better that Alacrity one any champ that could proc it constantly, and Captain was good on certain tanks and engagers in a rush-down team comp.

Coming back faster from base would always be better, people don't realize it because then they think of the boost stats or stuff could give but coming back faster meant you could back at different times and not loose that many minion if the wave was push, also made invading the ennemy jungle hard.

Homeguard is now something everyone has after 20:00, so the enchantment will probably be removed if they brought it back.
What I really want is a defensive oriented enchantment, as all the others are either Offense or Utility based.
I propose either an enchantment that makes it so you get X damage reduction while moving, or an enchantment that gives X damage reduction equal to Y Movement Speed.

Just rework them into a group that's actually working in a diverse way that you don't just see alacrity or homegaurd. Forget actually looking at the past, bring enchants back but better.

If a mechanic is so forgettable for many players (as I scrolled there are many ppl. who don't remember either) I don't see why it should be brought back. People mostly. remember the broken shit that got removed, hiya there DFG meta hiya there banner meta. There isn't a single item that got removed and I think it should be back.
