How do you beat ADC Mordekaiser?

You obviously can't all in him, cause that's kind of his thing. But thanks to his insane healing on W coupled with his everlasting shield, you can't poke him either. If he has a melee support with stun, they'll just instakill you once you leave your turret, if he has a poke champ they'll just poke you down while Morde gives sustain to both himself and support with relic shield and his W heal.

Morde has above 50% winrate against all champions except a few that are rarely played and has played less than 100 games against (small sample size -> inaccurate score) and an average of 56% winrate.

Tahm is a support you'll want if you are laning against Morde. (Can't give Blind pick suggestions)

He can pull you out of any CC, tank a ton of damage even in early, CC twice for a lot of damage if he's played right. After a few levels put into Tahm's devour, he'll out-damage Morde's entire shield (At 100%) in one go if he eats him. Which causes Morde to be very wary, playing less aggressively.

With a counter-engage support, your laning experience against a Morde will be a much more pleasant thing.

Poke champs are actually bad with Morde, though people don't know how to deal with it. When he has a poke support, consider enrolling Xerath or Syndra as a support. Either of the two can bully his poke support out of lane, forcing Morde to tower farm or die.
