Can a Rioter please explain why we cannot have voice packs from other regions?
It may be asking a lot but would like confirmation from a Rioter explaining why this is the case.
Would it be possible in the future to have such packs? Can there be a small test where a random sample of players are able to purchase the packs and see how well it does? Is it a security issue? Development issue? Not financially viable or worth it?
