done playing tanks (by that i mean any champion that i have 200+ armor and over 3.5k and not much ap or ad).. if i play malphite am going ap bruiser from now on.

Its unfortunate.... but the only times i ever feel strong as a tank are when im at least one item ahead of the enemy ADC and three levels ahead.
Sintama4 votesTanks are useless. Everyone knows this. You build damage so you can burst down their team before they burst you down. I played Poppy with 400 Armor 5k HP and was still killed in less than 3 seconds against a Vayne.

Talinis2 votesDepends how many were attacking you and at what point of the game. Late game ADCS shred anyone and hard scaling AP champions will also shred you. 250 armor and 180 magic resist is almost nothing come late. However, living 3.5 seconds is longer than the squishes will live which is, they will get 1 shot and die in .5 seconds so... giving your team 3.5 seconds is more than enough time for your team to end the fight. Any late game scaling champion will carry the fight in less than that time.
Late game team fights are over almost as soon as they start. Keep that in mind. You shouldn't expect to live 10+ seconds late.

If it's late game a tank won't live more than a few seconds if the damage dealers are on him. And if the damage dealers are on him what is his team doing? Squishies blow up in .5 seconds. A late game team fight is over within seconds. A late game fizz one shots ADC or is counter 1 shot for example. Kennen ultimate ends the fight within 2 seconds if enemy is grouped up also as an example.

True, low elo fights are weird. And Kennen is a lot of fun. First item Rylais does a lot early in terms of peel. Late game, Void, Abyssal, Pen boots, Deathcap, Rylais and Zhonyas just shreds teams. My last game was kennen and the moment I went in and ulted their team, it was over. Everyone was chunked or died within the first 2 seconds of the last 2 team fights.
