What's the point of the PBE?
Why are we testing this stuff on the live server? It's okay to test crazy ideas, but keep that on the crazy ideas server. Just a thought.

Erockandroll1 votesThey can't collect enough balance data without putting it up on Live first.
Unless they use an environment or game mode. to allow the common people to test out the new items. (Like Black market Brawlers.)
But, it's pre season. Where Riot basically has 5th freedom to make changes, and plenty of time to hammer out the details.
