Cool Morgana idea
Her E should trigger her passive when it blocks spells. Maybe only on magic damage spells that have a CC to block and only once per spell so DoTs wont refresh her W super fast.

Nothing wrong with the idea really, but it would make her OP and she's in a good place balance-wise right now.
