's ulti Tremors doesn't damage enemy ZZ'rot Portals. The portals are considered structures so I believe they should take damage from it.

I believe its useless arguing here about logic with "people" who believe that its
completly ok for 1 champion 
to avoid 99% of all spells with jumping on a tridant stick.
jeah... if thats your logic... ok, you then you are "special", then dont complain if 
is coded as a minion,
