Probably a stupid question - esp given I've been playing for a while but this mastery has been bugging me for a few months. The nub of my problem: Is it the first basic attack in the game against that particular champ (only) or as the first blood when you enter into a series of attacking moves? I've

Fresh Blood works like this: Your first AA against an enemy champion deals bonus damage.

The proc then goes on CD.

If you continue AAing the same champion, and the CD finishes, you can proc Fresh Blood again.
