Simple Thematic FIX to Bruiser Fiora without gimping her Full AD build
Fiora: New passive: "Handicap": Fiora thinks her opponent is weaker than her and hence duels them at a level where they can be a challenge. Effect: Fiora's true damage on hitting a vital is reduced by 1% for every 200 hp more than her target( Counted from MAX Hp between fiora and her target) ex: Fiora has 2200 hp and normally does 8% true damage per vital. Enemy teemo has 1600 hp, fiora only does 5% true damage per vital
Think about it, Fiora is the grand duelist, not the grand butcher. If she was to fight a yordle that wasn't as bulky/ physically strong as her, she wouldn't pull out her best combo. No, she'd try to challenger herself to make the duel "interesting". Ofc, if she's aganist someone that's her physical equal/ Much stronger a.k.a
, there'd be no need to hold back. She's confident, and she's pushing herself to new limits. Not trying to be a serial killer
For gameplay wise, the biggest problem with fiora is that
all give loads of hp while letting Fiora do decent amount of true damage
This poses a problem for ADCs/ high damage dealers since the true damage rips through them while she is also tanky to not die.
Most melee carries that could fight a full damage fiora struggle aganist a "tank fiora" because she still has %true damage from vitals.
Fiora should be built
, and should rely on "outplaying" the enemy.
High risk, high reward, not low risk-medium reward
P.S Maybe the numbers can be adjusted, but overall. Fiora SHOULD NOT, scale with Hp. Her % true damage should go down as she builds hp, incentizing her to build more AD as she should be.
