No, they don't. The most powerful one is Frozen Heart and it only reduces attack speed by 15%. She still has dashes every ~0.75 seconds. The only way to hurt Kalista a bit is to use strong attack speed slows like Nasus' or Nunu's. And still her dashes are increased by 50% when lunging backwards, just to make sure she can escape safely if she somehow gets outsmarted by these champions.
