Seriously. Once he gets that IBG it is like facing an Ashe who has movement speed and flash up every half second. And yes, Ashe gets her slow from Level 1, it is also crap till she gets some items and levels. She also does not get riftwalk and has a 325 movement speed...

The whole point of being an ADC is about positioning. You already mentioned a few, but there are still others who have mobility tools built into their kit.
And that is not counting some of the less common / off-meta carries
In fact, pretty much the only others, aside from Ashe, that don't have any form of mobility is Kog'Maw and Varus.
LordGeovanni1 votesyou cant scare an adc into useing their excape without useing an engage tool as they are naturally faster than you with movement speed built into their full damage kit and you will more than likely lose 80% if not all of your life trying to do that you can only engage on them with you engage spells they use their disengage spell and they keep their advantage. the only other way that plays out is the enemy walks into the fog of war and walks into you they disengage then you engage

i always E in, only 30% of my games i feed doing this. other times i kill 2-3 people lol. but i only play ap ez.
LordGeovanni2 votesby dodge q you mean run away because a 1-2 second down time isnt enough to actually enough time fight back and he can auto attack in between q's the time when you dodge the first q and decide to fight the second one is 1 second away from being ready again. not to mention you dodge ezreal's q and the iceborn proc hits you any way if it his an ally or minion.

LordGeovanni1 votesyour statement is very indecitave of long ranged poke champions exactly like ezreal which is less than 10% of the champion pool. everyone else wants to be in ezreal's range and makeing his life a living hell because he is supposed to be bad in close range fights but actually isnt because he gets free attack speed that he stacks with spamming one low cooldown high damage spell with hardly any spell cost to it.
Sire Hippington2 voteslast time i checked, ezreal didn't have a global stun that lasts up to 3.5sec, and he also lacks a global vision tool. Also, up to 60% slow for 2 sec beats the iceborn slow by far. And last but not least, ashe has far more dps and can actually shred through tanks rather easily later on, while blue ez only pisses them off without doing mutch harm.
Blue ez is damn annoying, but not op.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votesibg build ezreal does fucking garbage damage late game. literal shit. if you buy a triforce your dps is much higher and there is no slow but i think its the right and better build. high elo games 90% of time end less than 30. where blue ez is good. in my elo most games end at 25-35. so ez starts to fall off and generally people die a lot and u get builds faster.
