AND SHOULD NOT GET ONE

How about increasing his base movement speed to 335 or 340 He is sitting at 330 at the moment and there are more than a few ADC's who have dashes and are 335

325: Ashe, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Jinx, Kalista, Kog'maw, Miss Fortune, Tristana. 330: Draven, Graves, Twitch, Varus, Vayne. 335: Lucian, Quinn, Sivir.

Varus has 575 range. All other ADCs with more than 550 range are at 325 movement speed. Lucian and Sivir have 500 range. Quinn has 525 range.

Sivir and Quinn have really strong MS buffs Lucian has a dash

Vayne and Graves again have dashes, Draven has an MS buff Caitlyn, Ezreal, Kalista, Tristana have dashes/jumps Miss Fortune & Jinx have MS buffs

Ashe and Kogmaw are practically considered Hyper Carries

What is Varus No Dash, No MS buff, Not really Hyper Carry status

Giving him 5 MS won't break him and might really help him

575 Basic Attack range (standard is 550).
Above average base defensive stats.
He's one of the three ADCs with AoE Hard CC.
Piercing Arrow deals good damage and goes up to 1625 range.
Rain of Arrows leaves a 45% slow zone and applies Grievous Wounds (strong vs other ADCs).
Blighted Quiver gives him %max health damage.
He has a strong attack speed steroid with a reset mechanic.

So, super long range, hard CC, ASPD steroid, decent dueling and tank busting. Low mobility. Sounds fair.
