All this talk of runes being OP but in my opinion, electrocute is one of the worst offenders.

And yet it seems to have flown under the radar because of other balance issues regarding runes. Electrocute is all about burst but holy hell is it ever strong. When you add electrocute onto an assassin whos already got fast burst, someone like Katarina for example you can expect your laning phase to be over by lvl 2.

Aery is strong right now. Comet is.. meh. Its okay. Phase Rush could use some love.

But Electrocute i find is a hidden OP. Strong in almost any situation and extremly oppressive in lane.

I'm bumping this shit because i am drunk as fuck and this rune needs to be addressed asap. Riot, literally the past 3 games I've had 4/5 people had electrocute even the fucking support. And these kids are killing people in two hits. Listen, I am drunk and I am a perma bronze, i completely get that I am bad at this game in general compared to the rest of the league community. But for god sakes, why the FUCK are 4/5 people on my team including the fucking support using this rune? what the FUCK did your new balance team do?
