As a Sivir main (when i ADC) i really don't think this will be much of an issue. Her ult is still strong for initiating and teamfighting, and I can still snowball off fights by the ridiculous amount of assist gold I get from pressing R and W.

Ekko's ult is gonna get a 100 Mana cost next patch. It already hit the PBE.

And in return he gets a mana pool increase of 200 mana; 20 base, 10 per level. So he has 100 more mana by level 8 breaking even. Rito's gonna Rito.

If that's all that's going through for 5.12 expect Ekko to remain perma banned.

He also loses a 10% AP ratio on his Q.

And this patch just made his W open with a 50 Mana cost and still scales up to 70. It also grants delayed vision instead of instantaneous.

Don't see why you think they're not nerfing him.

0.1 AP is negligible and the rest of the nerfs are completely offset by the fact that he'll have a larger mana pool. But don't take my word for it, see for yourself when he remains perma banned.

How many champions, by say Level 11 and up, actually find mana to be an issue? Especially with more frequent skimishes and subsequent backing, no mana champion should really have a reason to run out of mana come mid-late game anyway.

His larger mana pool hardly means much if his W costs him more, his primary form of harass actively scales worse by 10% AP, and his ultimate now actually has a mana cost. Adding 20 mana + 10 per level isn't really an off-set that warrants him being considered "not nerfed".
