singed is ap tank or pure 1000ap ??
i think singed is pretty weak ap tank, because people will ignore him and it's very hard to put poison. isnt he better pure ap champion with luden echoe ? he will not engage but people won't chase him !

Haven't tried that before, but damn son that would be OP. Just look real squishy, have them chase you while you're low health, everyone chasin' like flies.... PPEENTTAAAKILLL!!!!! :3
That's why most singed players are expert proxy players.
Proxy singed draws alot of attention where singed is because most people want to kill him, therefore your team if it's smart can take objectives or your jungler doesn't have to worry about being counterganked\jungled.
Singed is an AP tank, full AP means you are gonna blow up easy.
A singed player's purpose is to make themselves a huge threat to the enemy team so they won't ignore you, if you really love such champ look up on YT videos of expert proxy players and try to learn from them, when played right he can be a REAL pain in the ass because he will farm all he wants, gets your turrets, gets the toplaner's and jungler's attention into a mere attempt to kill you when you are 10m into the game.
Play singed as a normal laner is a waste nowadays, there are so many champs that can just do what they want and outscale you in everyway.
If you go AP, go Tanky AP. Tear and RoA should be the only actual AP you should get. Get a Frozen Heart to better interact with your passive as well as staff, and to get your abilities off cooldown.
If you do go Tear into Seraph's embrace, use the mana shield before entering the combat zone. And use your toss to bring an important squishy into range of your allies.
